Your Wedding

The Basics

  • Wedding season is the end of May through September

  • Weddings with a max capacity of 175 guests are held on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The rental period is from 10am to 10pm

  • Micro-weddings are held Monday through Wednesday, with a max capacity of 50 guests

  • The East Garden, North Garden, & Pavilion are all available for use

  • A 1 hour rehearsal period is included with weddings on weekend days and held the Thursday before the wedding

  • A limited number of guests under the age of 18 are allowed

  • Beer, wine, champagne, ciders and signature cocktails (for 1 cocktail hour) are allowed if served from the bar by one of our approved licensed bartenders

  • We require a banquet permit ($10) and event liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (~$150-200)

  • 2 Indoor restrooms, 2 outdoor restrooms

  • Built in bar with glassware

  • Prep kitchen with stove and refrigerator

  • Ample free parking

  • Outdoor patio heaters and blankets

  • Fire pit, wood and s’mores sticks

  • Lawn chairs and decorative furniture for you to use

  • 2-60 cup Coffee pots, water pitchers, beverage containers, 2 white Yeti tubs for kegs

  • Lawn Games - Cornhole, Bocce Ball, Connect 4, Giant Jenga

  • Exclusive wedding weekend packages include all of the above as well as lodging for up to 10 people at The Lodge, lodging for up to 10 people at The Canopies & space for additional RV or tent camping

Pricing

  • Taxes are included, no hidden fees

  • Everything listed above is included in your rental

  • We do NOT provide linens (tablecloths/napkins), plates, cutlery, or wedding coordination services

  • Fridays - $7,500

  • Saturdays - $8,000

  • Sundays - $7,000

  • Micro-weddings - $500/hr

  • Weekend packages starting at $16k are available upon request

  • The Lodge at Evergreen Gardens is available exclusively for wedding night rentals for $1,000 and $500/nt each additional night (available to Friday & Sunday venue rentals only). Check in is at 12 pm and check out is 10 am.
