What do we do?
We are here to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of your event!
We cover:
Ensuring the venue is clean, set up according to the agreed layout, and equipped with necessary furniture and amenities.
Ensuring the venue's safety and security, including access control and emergency procedures.
Coordinating parking, accessibility, and on-site facilities such as restrooms.
Managing in-house audio-visual equipment, lighting, and other technical aspects the venue provides.
Liaising with external vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators) to ensure they have access to the venue and adhere to its regulations.
Being present on the day of the event to address any venue-related issues and provide immediate support if needed.
