What do we do?

We are here to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of your event!

We cover:

  • Ensuring the venue is clean, set up according to the agreed layout, and equipped with necessary furniture and amenities.

  • Ensuring the venue's safety and security, including access control and emergency procedures. 

  • Coordinating parking, accessibility, and on-site facilities such as restrooms.

  • Managing in-house audio-visual equipment, lighting, and other technical aspects the venue provides.

  • Liaising with external vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators) to ensure they have access to the venue and adhere to its regulations.

  • Being present on the day of the event to address any venue-related issues and provide immediate support if needed.
