Your Wedding

The Basics

  • Our wedding season is the end of May to early October

  • We host weddings Friday, Saturday & Sunday, with a max capacity of 175 guests. The rental period is from 10am to 10pm

  • Micro-weddings are held Monday through Thursday, with a max capacity of 50 guests

  • Our East Garden, North Garden, & Pavilion are all available for use

  • On the Thursday before weekend events, we offer a free 1 hour venue rehearsal

  • We can accommodate most licensed caterers and food trucks

  • Beer, wine, champagne, ciders and signature cocktails (for 1 cocktail hour) are allowed if served from the bar by one of our approved licensed bartenders

  • We require a banquet permit ($10) and event liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (~$150-175)

  • Two dressing rooms for day of use

  • 175 White folding chairs

  • 20- 60” Round tables (seat 8-9 people)

  • 10- 6’ Rectangular tables and 4- 4’ rectangular tables

  • A room full of decorations and accessories

  • 2 Indoor restrooms, 2 outdoor restrooms

  • Built in bar with glassware

  • Prep kitchen with stove and refrigerator

  • Ample free parking

  • 8 outdoor patio heaters and blankets

  • Fire pit, wood and s’mores sticks

  • Lawn chairs and decorative furniture for you to use

  • 2-60 cup Coffee pots, water pitchers, beverage containers, 2 white Yeti tubs for kegs

  • Lawn Games - Cornhole, Bocce Ball, Connect 4, Giant Jenga

  • Exclusive wedding weekends include all of the above as well as 3 nights lodging for up to 10 people at The Lodge at Evergreen Gardens (10 am Fri - 10 am Mon) & space for RV or tent camping

Pricing

  • Taxes are included, no hidden fees

  • Everything listed above is included in your rental

  • We do NOT provide linens (tablecloths/napkins), plates, cutlery, or wedding coordination services

  • Fridays - $7,500

  • Saturdays - $8,000

  • Sundays - $7,000

  • Micro-weddings - $500/hr

  • Exclusive wedding weekend (10 am Fri through 10 am Mon) - $20,000

  • The Lodge at Evergreen Gardens is available exclusively for wedding night rentals for $1,000 and $500/nt each additional night (available to Friday & Sunday venue rentals only). Check in is at 12 pm and check out is 10 am.
